Genuine Antique Handwoven Oriental Rug, circa mid-1920s

This is a genuine hand-woven/knotted antique rug, circa mid-1920s. It was made with much love and a carefully selected range of superior-quality wool, dyes, and craftsmanship. The main field, with an uncommon overall design, features the long traditional Herati pattern. The thin yellow saw-tooth edging around the field and adorable corner spandrals add much character and simplicity to this otherwise intricate garden design. The so-called stylized crab border is often found on highly prized rugs such as Heriz and Bakshaish carpets. This carpet is also durable due to its superior quality, so I guarantee you will enjoy it for many years. The carpet is in very good condition. The side edges are intact, and the fringe ends have been professionally secured. It has been professionally cleaned, and there are no odors. It measures 3.9 x 5 feet.
